Selby - Three Lakes Retail Park

reesdenton advised the owner of the retail park in respect of marketing and re-letting the former Frankie & Benny's restaurant to Tim Horton's.
Planning consent granted on the 12th of November 2021 to create a drive-thru by way of demolishing part of the existing building and adding a drive thru lane.
Completion and hand-over is expected to take place in 2022.
